I’ve mainly had it instead of fish.

Well I haven’t had the stir fry since and stick to ‘fish’ and chips or tacos occasionally, using a Leon recipe. It’s not something I’d rush to recommend to people who actually eat fish!

Definitely no gravy. We had mash with spring onions in and then frozen peas because I got too tired to peel anything else.
