I’ve mainly had it instead of fish. :))

I’ve had it in stir-fry too. Let me check what I did.

Well I haven’t had the stir fry since and stick to ‘fish’ and chips or tacos occasionally, using a Leon recipe. It’s not something I’d rush to recommend to people who actually eat fish!

Dinner was Chinese-style mushroom curry.

Definitely no gravy. We had mash with spring onions in and then frozen peas because I got too tired to peel anything else. :lol:
