:lol: I considered upping the brightness, but it was loads worse. Tasted very nice, though.

I tried to use the base from the Bread River Cottage book, but I think I forgot to put half the flour in as it was runny :lol: so I poured in more flour until it looked OK. It was half bread flour, and possibly plain flour, but also a random panicked amount of 00 flour :lol:

We cooked it at 450c on a pizza stone in a smoker. I think that helps the bubbles.
