I like an odd week of using up freezer meals to make room for more batch cooking. I'm trying to get into the habit of doing it in the last week of the month. P and I often have leftovers for lunches and there are currently no meals left!

Thai tofu noodle salad with celeriac/carrot sticks, oriental greens

It's this done in a pressure cooker though you could do it in a normal pan etc.

I hate not having something ready in the freezer!
