The quesadilla sounds good.
I’ve been planning for when we get back. It’s just me and P for most of the week.
Lebanese spinach and chickpeas
Spicy veggie noodles with scrambled tofu
Kale, pak Choi and broccoli with garlic fried rice
Chilli-lime sweet potato rice salad
Hoisin mushroom stir fry, rice and greens

Re: Weekly meals plan
I worry I’m going to turn into one of those “it’s Thursday so it’s mince and potatoes day” type people
You’re right though, nothing wrong with sticking with favourites. I’ll bring our my summer faithfuls soon enough again too.

Mash!
I know now the seasons have changed as I had an incurable craving for mash today so that is what we are having.
I gave up my veg box as it was too repetitive and doing my head in, but I haven't yet got to grips with actual shopping and meal planning so I'm making it up day by day at the minute. I need to get back into the groove.

:))
I haven't had it for a few years and saw Riverford had figs this week and I have an abundance of blue cheese, pasta and rosemary so thought why the hell not. Perhaps this will be the year Monk eats it.

Does he refuse to try it or is he just not keen after giving it a go?

Re: Weekly meals plan
He tries things but I haven't made it for years because the fig window is small and he didn't like figs, blue cheese or chilli. He now loves spicy things and blue cheese.
