Re: Weekly meals plan
No, I'm winging it but was planning to do it a bit like the broc, anchovy, chilli pasta classic combo using preserved lemon and no anchovy and pangritata for crunch and instead of parmesan. So gently fry garlic, chilli, chopped rind from preserved lemon in o oil, add cavolo nero - shredded to tagliatelle thickness, season salt and pepper, maybe some lemon juice - I dunno I'm making this up  - then stir into pasta top with pangritata. I've tried to make it vegan but I would add parmesan and butter and am still not sure if I will use anchovy.

How do you do your tamarind sprouts Wendy? I have two half full jars of tamarind paste I’m looking to use up to free space for Christmas and mr loves sprouts!

I did that very gratin ( with roast pork) last week Dics! It was lovely and won over my parsnip refuser. However I still have a million more parsnips. I feel I've entered kiwi's swede world, but with parsnips.

I loved it! It didn't quite win over my parsnip refuser who was swallowing the parsnips whole so I relieved him of the cross he was bearing. I would also enjoy it with roast pork.
I have millions of leeks. Millions!
Have you had the Jamie Oliver tagliatelle with thyme, pancetta, butter and parnsips sliced thinly lengthwise to mimic the tagliatelle dish? It's nice and a slightly different way to have parnsips.

No I haven't! That sounds interesting and I have excess thyme and a shop that sells extraordinarily good pancetta.

It doesn't have to be thyme but that's all I've ever used.
