It sounds good. The sweet potato and yellow split pea curry I made was really good too. I don't particularly like sweet potato but I would go out of my way to buy it to make this curry.
Sag aloo, yellow plit pea dal from freezer, cumin rice
Steak & ale pie with mash, cavolo nero and carrots
Spaghetti pangrittata with cripsy fried egg
Chicken burrito bowl
Carrot cake
Orecchiette with cavolo nero, chilli, pangrittata
Salmon miso udon
Slow cooked whole chicken with last lick sauce and mash
White pizza and chips
Chicken nasi goreng

Re: Weekly meals plan
I have never been great at planning meals ahead so I hope it's ok to do a retrospective. I'd got a good rotation going over the summer that I didn't really need to think about too much but the shift of seasons has got me racking my brains.
This is from last Saturday. The burgers are planned for tonight (G's request as his last meal as a 12 year old - he is milking his birthday for all it's worth :)) )
Fake Carluccios courgette pasta, green bean, baby gem, rocket and parmesan salad
Pizza night and salad
Black bean and roasted cauliflower tacos with all the fixings
Mushroom ragu, gnocchi, salad
Aubergine parmigiana, rosemary garlic bread, salad
Sweet potato falafel, pilaf and slaw
Michelle Obama burgers, crisps and salad.

Re: Weekly meals plan
We're trying to eat through the freezer (mainly filled with meat) so:
Pork kebabs, pitta, tzaziki, peppers
Beef chili tacos with guacamole, sour cream, cheese
Indian ready meals
Crispy pork rice bowl
Salmon and leek traybake
Game casserole, baked potatoes
I need to think up some things to do with chicken breasts, prawns and salmon.

Re: Weekly meals plan
I'm trying to use up the freezer too, since it's annoyingly all raw ingredients instead of helpful quick meals. This means it's a real chore though

Re: Weekly meals plan
Mine is exactly the same! It's all nice stuff from the local butcher but it's very effortful to work through.

Re: Weekly meals plan
Just out of interest. Do all your offspring eat the meals posted here? Sb2 was quite happy to try different doors cooked in different ways, but sb1 was a nightmare.
