Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
Lovely foods!
I've been making the no knead Recipe Tin Eats bread for the last couple of weeks but forgot to put it together last night.
I've found a Turkish bread recipe on YouTube which is ready to bake in less than 90 minutes and is also no knead. I made some this morning to have with lunch (homemade mushroom soup - no one needs to see brown soup).
The bread was amazing.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
My salad was just squash (delicata) and courgette roasted with some spices. Layered with dressed chicories, avocadosthat needed using, and some crumbled goats cheese (and unnecessary grated ricotta salata). Toasted pumpkin seeds on top. Yoghurt undressing was just with tahini, garlic lemon and harissa. It was good, but the balance wasn’t perfect. I would have liked some lentils or maybe spiced chickpeas in there to bulk it out a bit.
I need to do more wintery salad research as I’ve got my hands on more treviso and love it.

I realised the ingredients and instructions are in the descripiton box on the video
Recipe and ingredients:
200 hot water.
10 g of dry yeast.
Mix it well.
120 g of flour.
Mix it well.
Cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Mix it well.
200 ml of warm water.
Mix it well.
360 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
Mix it well.
Mix until no lumps of flour remain.
Vegetable oil (10 ml)
Cover and leave for another 20 minutes (until doubled in size - usually 40 minutes in my cold kitchen)
20 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with flour and lower the dough.
Fold the dough along the edge towards the center.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Give it the shape of bread.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Let's wait another 10-15 minutes for the last time.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
Terrible photos but I made panko coated chicken thighs in my air fryer and they turned out pretty bloody good. The photo with chips was re-heating the earlier cooked chook for monk.
And I also made brownies (in the oven though).

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
I'm watching Masterchef on delay and as I read panko in your post, the voiceover man said "panko" at exactly the same time! They sound lovely. I definitely think parmesan mixed into the breadcrubms would be lovely and I'd quite like to wrap the naked raviloi in some kind of cheese then ham envelope before double panko-ing. OINK!

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
Sure! I used Tesco Finest ravioli, so I boiled it for three minutes as per packet instructions, drained it and laid it out on a teatowel, before coating in flour, then beaten egg, then panko seasoned with garlic salt, paprika and cayenne.Hazey_Jane wrote: ↑Sat Nov 12, 2022 7:20 pm Vigs- can you tell me your method please for the ravioli? Spray with oil and air fry for 8 or 9 minutes, turning once.
As I said upthread, next time I’ll try adding grated Parmesan to the panko.
