Goat, I bought an air fryer but prefer my actifry even though the only thing it does well is chips, so put it away after a few uses. If you'd like it PM me your address and I'll stick it in the post.

I remembered to take a photo of the filling for my chicken pie yesterday! It's dead versatile and I often top it with mashed potatoes, but yesterday was puff pastry

Mmm, that looks good!

Though I thought and Actifry WAS an air fryer? this may be bad research on my part of overwhelmedness with different brands.

Mo k and I made a chic fudge cake today. He decorated it. We haven't tried it. I think it's going to be horribly rich.

He has made it look nice but I broke both cakes getting them out of the tins so I'm not too hopeful on what it looks like on the inside! I will though!

It's in stark contrast to the cake S and I made on Saturday. My tin was too small and it looks like I let my 3 year old decorate it, but it tasted good.

Delayed response sorry! My air fryer doesn't stir, it's just a big hot thing with a fan, and you have to shake the food occasionally. The Actifry is similar but has a paddle to keep the food moving constantly.

Pizza at Delancey - we got a crimini one and the old school bacon and onion which G chose. Negroni in shot too too which was mine

For fellow Orangette blog fans we also had the jersey salad and grilled squash with pesto and we got ice cream for dessert. I chose amaretto which was so good.

Pov was asking about lasagne cheese layers and I didn’t get a good picture while it was hot so here it is being sliced up when cold.

And also a nice new chicken thing I made tonight. I’ve only remembered I had cilantro to sprinkle on it at the end and forgot.

S made this cauliflower cheese to the max last night. It was an Ottolenghi recipe but we used veg box romanesco instead of cauliflower. It was SO GOOD! We ate a whole one each :ready:

That looks amazing, Emma! Is it this recipe (the first one on the page)?

It is. We used a random blue cheese instead of Stilton (hard to find until nearer Christmas here) pecans instead of walnuts and parsley/oregano instead of tarragon.

That looks really good! Similar to the one I do already but also different enough.
