Chicken and wild garlic pie. I forgot to reserve some wild garlic for the top to make it pretty but it’s super shiny

Yum. I checked my wild garlic patch I managed to create in the garden and it's coming through loads more than last year which was the first year. This pie will be my first harvest.

I have never made a pie before but this weekend I will collect a stack of WG on my trail run and make that, I reckon.

Mine is salmon and broccoli. Looks a bit ropey but tasted lovely. I haven’t made a quiche since school!

S was out today and I really fancied baking, but we have a house full of Easter chocolate and I don’t have a terribly sweet tooth so I settled on cheese scones with onion and Worcestershire sauce in and a Parmesan crust. I’m only posting as it’s the first thing I’ve ever baked that looks half decent!
