I'm quoting you to get your attention :)) I thought I saw - recently - you recommend a recipe with rice and tomatoes but it's not where I thought it was. Do you remember the recipe please?

Crushed roasted new potatoes (I hate the phrase crushed potatoes, it's up there with smashed avocados), and chicken
Stirfry leftover jasmine rice with tofu
Smoked salmon tomato pasta
Roast veg, bulgar, chermoula and yoghurt
Something with kale, maybe chickpea based

We’re starting the plan week with a barbecue, which for me will be PB and chilli jam bean burgers with pretzels, candy-stripe onions, brown sugar beans, deli pickle mayo, and barbecue banoffee pie.

After that will be:

Freezer chilli and nachos
Pork/sausages, mash, paxo stuffing (specific request from Elvis!), veg
Cashew buckwheat curry
Chinese style tofu and veg curry
Paella

The girls are still deciding their baking/bread/dinner, though I think there’s talk of trying sorbet in the ice cream maker.
