Pot noodles (for campers), homemade pizza (for non-campers)
Sunday roast
Mexican bean bake, JPs and salad
Bean salad
Sticky rice with turmeric tomatoes

Getting ahead of myself so I could get ambient ingredients in the discounted order. It’s a short week as me and the girls are away for the start of half term.

So it’s

Massaman beef curry with rice
Battered haddock, homemade chips, mushy peas :disco: , salt and vinegar mayo and seeded buttered bread :frolic: I am going to form an immense deluxe fish sandwich.

I will have that please, but swap out the mushy peas for coleslaw. :ready: God, that sounds good!

I use Olive's dal recipe, but I didn't realize it was her Dad's. :))

The mayo is salt and vinegar flavoured so has the nice piquancy your - lovely sounding - coleslaw gives (and I've only had mushy peas a handful of times in my life but love them very hard so need them in my life today).

Yes! :)) I hounded her for it.
