Your pasta dishes look lovely.

We had PSB gyros today.

I’d have a go at that spaghetti.

We made tacos with bbq tofu instead of pulled pork (thanks for the idea). And then meatball subs made with ciabatta.

I’ve had BNS and lentil soup with this salad most lunches this week.

Tonight’s dal and roasted aloo gobi (with broccoli too as that’s the only way I could buy cauli this week!).

This is my new favourite salad I’ve been taking to work most days.

Caesar dressing, but I’m not against using Ranch when needs must.

This was yesterdays dinner and it was bloody lovely. Nothing fancy but really tasty. I’m looking forward to leftovers and will have it again.

Lentil rice with spinach and tomato sauce .

This tasted so much better than it looks. Swiss chard (garden), chilli & anchovies.

I really enjoyed this sp, black bean and tahini dressing dish.

That looks intriguing. Would you mind sharing the recipe please? I’m partial to a sweet potato.

I made bhel Puri out of Rice Krispies.

I’ve bought some pan Puri to make chat bombs and they were absolutely foul, the oil they’d been fried in must’ve been funny. So I quickly looked up the recipe for bhel Puri and it was way nicer anyway.

That looks and sounds delicious Alan. Did you use the Indian Healthy Recipes, recipe?

It was a mix of Rice Krispies & London Mix. About 75/25.

Also no papdi, as I’ve no idea what it is.
