Triple cream cheese!!!!!!!! I was obsessed with this in Trader Joes and the M&S version is as good!

They treat food like fashion and it’s weird and upsetting. I still mourn a jarred mint raita they had that was actually nice (ambient dairy sauces are usually a bit grim).

Have you tried St Felicien cheese, emma? I wonder if there's a similarity? That's my loved and missed cheese from Frankfurt - am sure I'd find it at Borough/ La Fromagerie though...

I hadn’t realised the délice cheese wasn’t widely available! I’ve just grabbed some from TJs to put on a cheeseboard/snack platter at some point for my visiting crew. I can’t believe I forgot about the concept of a cheeseboard!
