Painfully slowly trying to get back into meal planning:

steamed salmon with watercress sauce, might try and do this in the rice maker with rice or bulgar
okonomiyaki with oriental greens and airfryer tofu (planned because I thought it was pancake day this week)
some sort of red cabbage and veg sausage stew with white beans

S: lamb burgers (plus all the fixings - hummus, tzatziki, harissa, roasted red peppers, caramelised red onions) with halloumi fries and salad.
S: golden mushroom and orzo soup, rocket, fennel, green bean salad. CAKE (lemon polenta).

Ooh we haven't had a roast chicken in ages!

Last night's feast was wontons (I ordered from Poons and just finished them at home - chicken and special CNY ones with pork, mushroom and prawn) and a Fuchsia Dunlop feast - red braised pork, fish fragrant aubergines, smacked cucumber, bok choi and shiitakes and steamed rice. Lychee sorbet, Chinese peanut cookies and tea. I made so much we're having it again tonight!
