Smoked haddock with leek, potatoes and spinach in mustard sauce with hazelnut crumb and maybe an egg if we have enough and I'm hungry

Something in the gratin/ terrine/ stack family with courgette, peppers and mild goats cheese. Bread if there's time, JP if not, salad

Beef and salsify pie or stew and dumplings. Now very tempted by Disco's horseradish dumplings so maybe Teviotdale pie with horseradish through it.

Mystery fish box day, probably with caper brown butter, saute potatoes, and whatever green veg is left

Gunpowder's spatchcock tandoori chicken meal kit

Accidental Motherclucker fried chicken sandwich meal kit which was somehow already in my basket when I bought the above. :lg:

I'm parboiling, blanching, then stir frying. I haven't made it before.

I never eat sprouts unless Christmas, which is silly really.

Me neither, although half of us love them. I also make my children have a token try of things they don't like :))

Oh wait, that's next week. (Bout of insomnia last night had me browsing recipes so I'm ahead of myself.)

This week:
Sat - meatball traybake
Sun - roast chicken
Mon - chicken and leek pie
Tues - creamy one pot pasta
Weds - sausage jambalaya
Thurs - (oven) fish and chips
Fri - quorn chilli
