I love all mince.

Mine is:
Roast chicken
Caesar salad
Chicken schwarmas
Sausage and bean casserole from the freezer
Spinach and cheese omelette with new potatoes and peas/sweetcorn

A live-in chef sounds pretty amazing. And Disco you really do make the most appealing meals. I would kill for some leek risotto right now.

This is for the first week back.

Umami tofu and green veg
Pea dhal with coconut chutney
Bean chilli
Tempeh hoisin bau buns
Veggie stew and dumplings
Tomato and garlic braised green beans (maybe plus sausages)

I’ve just done our weekly plan and shop:

Burgers (bit of a Saturday tradition now!)
Thai beef salad
Chicken fajita salad
Chicken and lentil curry
Firecracker beef
Szechuan pork noodles
Pork fillet (potentially char Sui style)

I've got more planned with a veg box delivery today.

Fish handwich with peashoots, tartare sauce and plastic cheese
Pork chops with parsnip, potato & porcini bake
Celeriac steaks with caper & olive sauce
Watercress & sorrel soup
Pancakes
Edith's leek halloumi rice or JO leek, chickpea soup

I made it! :frolic: Not the exact one because that was a silent video so I combined the visuals with another couple of recipes and it was lush. I made a smacked cucucmber salad and had a lime-pepper dipping sauce. It was so lush and it will be made often. Thank you!

Now I need to know about your firecrack beef assuming it's along similar lines?
