That also sounds good and maybe I could make a batch for lunches instead of constantly eating eggs. Although my advent Scotch eggs arrive on Wednesday, as foretold by the archangel.

:mog: This egg turnaround never fails to astound me.

I am literally rousing Monk now because I want him to walk to the shop with me to pick up eggs for croque madams.

It is definitely weird and only to be tackled when either hungover or very cold after a long walk. It was just like a rich tomato soup as far as I remember with a back note of bean juice on the finish.

No that doesn't appeal to me at all. It's too meaty and I don't like tomato soup. However, I could totally get with a chip, battered sausage and wally butty with poutine poured all over it so I'm not against the idea.

Oh my god, I think I'm an actual genius! I need to make this!

This was ok. You could easily do sliced onion rather than shallots.

We have friends staying this weekend so it’s pizza Friday night then curries on Saturday.

ROW is
Mediterranean chickpea pancakes
Fajitas
Gazpacho
Creamy new potato, cauliflower and turmeric bake
Broccoli katsu curry
Garlic and pak choi fried rice
kiwi

I solved my swede issue by cancelling my veg box. :perky: However it means I am now totally shit at meal planning and I need to just raid the fruit and veg shop of tasty looking things once a week and pretend it's a veg box delivery.
