Fish n roasted new pots (I bought a load of frozen fish from a man in a van who knocked on the door!)
Squash Malai Kari / fussy children will have pasta

I might know him. I know a lot of frozen fish van men who knock around your area. :mrgreen:

I planned the below but the delivery was cancelled so we’re winging it a bit. It was already a bit of a use stuff up plan.

Chilli potato skins
Sweet potato and chilli dauphinoise
Cauliflower burger with spicy mayo, slaw and mango chutney
Sausage, mash and cabbage
JPs with ratatouille

Duck and pancakes
Sausages with swiss chard, lentil, bay gratin
Stuffed peppers
Either whole baked cauli-cheese or macaroni cauli cheese topped with garlic croutons

I’ve got in early for the next week. :lol:

There’s also some lunches and a weekend breakfast for me.

Pumpkin seeds and oats with baked apples and citrus salad
Apple & beetroot salad
Sundried tomato and chickpea stew
Indian-style shepherds pie
Pea, potato and rocket soup
Pumpkin, spinach and sundried tomato risotto
Sour smoked tofu salad
Asian baked beans with crunchy tempeh*
Chow mein

*the girls will celebrate pancake day instead!

Prawn and pea risotto
Risotto balls if any leftovers
Moroccan flavoured lentil goop with feta and bulgar wheat
Roast veg and couscous
Smokey aubergine and bean stew with mash

I am going for easy and potential for leftovers for lunch/dinner as I've got a mental week at work ahead.

This week will feature:

Wagyu burger on brioche buns
Lemongrass and ginger chicken kebabs on wraps with homemade chips
Lamb steaks with veggies and mint cous cous
Feta and pumpkin pizza and salad (will do two nights)
Beef chilli
Garlic and herb crusted chicken breast and veggies

I use my notes app these days to plan my weekly meals but I will share with you today as the fact we're having Meatzza has made me laugh.

Thanks wendy, I will deffo give them a go. I reckon tamarind paste would be a good sub for the date paste.

Herbed pancake with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, soft boiled eggs
Roasted harissa salmon with herby lemon-y giant couscous (didn't have this the other week)
Tart and salad
Roast chicken and jerusalem artichoke pilaf
Pretzels with bacon, egg, mushrooms, cheese
Savoy, pancetta, mozzarella pasta
