Ooh, that sounds nice Ella. I have only half a cauliflower to use not like Cauli-oligarch-Kiwi.

Are the cauliflowers smaller ones though? Quite often I can only find minuscule ones.

I love them roasted with cumin seeds as part of a veggie taco.

I may have posted this before, but this Nik Sharma cauliflower curry is delicious https://www.theguardian.com/food/2021/j ... eric-kefir. We've always used the buttermilk option and it's fine.

Have you tried Disco Cauliflower? I had it in Maray in Liverpool. I think Pov put me onto it. It was lovely. This is the closest recipe I could find.

Our plan looks very similar to last week as we had too many leftovers so had repeat lunches and dinners

Can you read this? I always make it in the slow cooker and it's so easy.

(It doesn't list water in the ingredients, but you do need to add some to the slow cooker. I'm sure you'd have worked that out :)) I suggest about 1/2 - 2/3 of the oven amount, depending on how much gravy you like.)

Thank you! I like the way the book includes normal, slow and pressure cooking instructions. Choices, choices!

 Cauliflower has been the new beetroot (which was the new swede) in my veg box. They have run out now thank fuck. Replaced by artichokes. I wish I had checked this thread earlier for the cauli recipes, I've made the remainder into cauliflower fritters for the freezer.

This week:

Pizza
Asparagus and scallop risotto
Risotto balls, aubergine/tomato sauce
Roast veg, cauli/millet mash, tahini sauce
Dahl, salmon
Spag and meatballs
