I'm glad you still have swede, kiwi. In these trying times, it's one of my pillars of stability. :))

I had/have to work late all this bloody week so dinners have been very speedy affairs.

Chicken and lemon orzo ( Nigella-ish)
Butternut squash and mushroom Thai curry (made the curry paste at the weekend. I have not given it a colour as it was green in theory, but I only had red chillies and not enough coriander to make it look green. :)) )
Chicken kiev, chips, peas
Grilled trout, buckwheat, charred broccoli, horseradish/garlic/coriander yoghurt sauce
Honest burgers Fondue Burger meal kit
God knows, but it has to involve oysters as they are sitting in the fridge

I have two now, and my plans to disguise one in a gratin have failed as the celeriac for the gratin that arrived is about as small as a golf ball. :lg:

Salmon, roast polenta and swede chunks, roast veg
Black bean chilli, cauli rice (which was on the plan for last week but was replaced by fish and chips and mushy peas. :)) )

Unusually, I actually have a sort of meal plan as I need to use up bits in the freezer rather than spending more money! I've already made some of these in previous batch cooks. Here it is for the next 10 days:

Korean beef/veg rice bowl x2
Haggis, baked potato and veg
Cajun salmon, rice & veg x 2
Lamb keema and rice x 2
Fish fingers, chips and beans
Macaroni cheese + tenderstem broccoli
Chilli con carne and rice + green veg
