Pizza twist made with IoW tomatoes from The Tomato Stall and their roasted tomato pesto. It was bloody lovely!

Oh that look like a good pad Thai!
Aubergine parm. Best one I’ve ever made. Got to use the 70s style terracotta dish to make it in, it’s not the same otherwise

Freekeh salad with almond ‘feta’ from my Leon book with tomato and pomegranate salad and shop-bought hummus and flatbreads. P is cooking his lamb.

Does anyone else always have to say “freekeh!” with an audible exclamation mark and a 1970s hippy accent? No? Just me, then.
Looks lovely. I’m hungry. Main meal for dinner this evening may have been an error.

Lovey looking fresh food.
We had a loaded queso bowl for lunch, and I feel absolutely stuffed.

It is! Marinated steak with leftover chorizo, black beans, guacamole, sour cream and cheese sauce underneath. It came from a Tasty recipe

I’ve made something from a Tasty recipe before but I can’t remember what it was now for the life of me. I remember that it was good though.

I like to experiment with a Tasty recipe. They're very inconsistent. Never try the pesto and mozzarella chicken.
