I just bought 10 of my favourite burgers as they were slightly cheaper in Costco but I’ve no plans yet. I need to change that now!

Leek and potato curry puffs with dhal.

I usually make them, but these ones were from the frozen section of the Chinese supermarket (Matthew's) and they were great, just steam the guns while you make your own filling. We also tried the filled steamed buns but weren't as impressed.

We’ve had the soup today but you could always just make double puffs.
