Yours look way tastier than a lot of stuff I've seen here that's just pap with a chewy crust. My photo is of the gold standard Tradition which they can charge extra for, can't be cooked from frozen dough, no additives etc etc.

I think I'll get in touch and see if they need any tips.

Sproglette made stuffed peppers for dinner. It wasn’t the school recipe, but a Ferne Cotton one with tomato, lentil and pesto.

Thank you Fishbox and thank you Rick Stein for my lovely tea. Poached skate with warm tomato vinaigrette, with mixed veg in herb and anchovy butter.

I didn’t make leek ‘quiche’, but it was nice for lunch.
I’ve just had a bit cold, which was probably even better.

I honestly for a second thought there was some weird raw meat kebab spit thing in your first photo Pip, then I realised it was a peony. My brain, sometimes.

That stroganoff looks good. I only ever made it once and was really disappointed, but I'd eat yours.

Another day, another salad. There’s artichokes from the veg box with an olive dip, and guacamole potato salad.

Your salads always look so good.
I made bagels! They were surprisingly easy/successful/nice (if I do say so myself)

The bagels are really impressive! Pip, your stroganoff looks way better than any I’ve made; do you have a recipe?

The bagels look amazing!
I do have a recipe! I did this a bit from memory, so added Dijon mustard instead of Worcestershire sauce and I thickened it a bit with flour too, but I think the secret is butter, and cooking slowly. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/mushroom-stroganoff

Thanks very much, Pip, and for the extra tips as mine’s always missing something. I’m definitely going to make this.
