They all look totally professional PD, that's really impressive.

Just to bring the tone down, have a mound of rice with spinach and peas, together with a grilled pork chop topped with apple sauce and blue cheese.

Bloody hell, PD and Smal, that's some solid technique. :love2:

Less exciting/ aesthetically pleasing: chicken and mushroom pie with the last of the bloody swede and cabbage. It was a masterclass in using up the veg if nothing else.

And then I found Moo eating the last portion which I had left on the hob to cool. :lg:

Why does spatchcocked chicken look so bashful!

Everyone’s food looks amazing , especially PD’s bread :love2:.

I keep forgetting to photograph my food, but we had epic takeaway pizzas from the local pub on Friday night 🍕. I’m glad they’ve reopened even if it is only to serve pizzas through a hatch two nights a week.

Tonight was turmeric fish with black dal, I love dal so very much.

Thanks, guys. I am really enjoying baking at the moment.

All the food looks great. I could especially go for some barbeque food and some pie :ready:

Not as good as Ken’s on FB, but Sproglette’s afternoon-tea style dinner.

Apart from making the cake today, I also made Nigella’s sunshine soup for packed lunches this week. The bit I tried was nice. https://www.nigella.com/recipes/sunshin ... p_20200518
