My second attempt at gluten free Yorkshire pudding. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong

In Pizza Express you can get garlic bread with cheese and tomato. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but that's a pizza.

perhaps it is the lack of gluten. I have never made them but on James Martin yesterday he kept referring to the stretch of the gluten in recipe - leaving overnight so the gluten (that had been expanded in the beating) could now relax and reform easy for the next beating or something like that

Offty
There’s so much nice-looking food here. Mac cheese, Absley’s little bite-things, Disco’s egg creation, the Victoria sponge! And all the rest. I need a Victoria sponge in my life but if I made one I would literally have to eat the whole thing so that’s definitely not a good thing And bought just isn’t the same.

A slice of lemon drizzle cake and a cup of tea. My first adult cake! It's the end slice so not the most photogenic but it was nice.

I'm surprised at your mug, Goat. Cake looks great, as do a lot of the things on this thread.

Here is my dinner. The last portion of last Sunday’s cauliflower curry, with the second half of the romanesco leaves. I will be well windy with all the brassicas! Just as well there is only me to offend.
Later I might have some chocolate.

Freezer dinner of burger and chips, with homemade coleslaw (to help use up white cabbage) and salad for health. It was far too much coleslaw, I'm totally unable to make small quantities of it.

Apologies for the vile looking dinner. It was a very tasty leek and almond pie (I’d say more of a tart as no lid!)

Viggy, that looks like a mighty fine freezer dinner! Wendy, yours looks... healthy I bet it is tasty, though, leeks and almonds together are delicious.

Of course, it's just the BBC good food one, although I'm very liberal with the cheese and garlicTsu wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 6:20 pmThat looks epic. That bread looks perfect! I’ve never put garlic in macaroni cheese! Am now wondering if I’ve been missing out.
