We made a vat of turkey and veg soup (Christmas turkey stock) but it's chunky so I'm not taking a photo as it's not in the least bit photogenic

Honestly this thread is amazing, and I speak as someone with no appetite. You all deserve a prize.

I forgot to photo my disappointing main (not enough vegetable curry) but here's my pudding of treacle tart and chocolate custard.

Puddle of custard! And the garlic rolls also look fantastic.
We just had charred corn, scrunched kale and sweet potato salad.
And I have a cardamom and apple cake in the oven

There's a lot of good food here but those garlic pull-apart rolls look amazing!
I took a picture of my teriyaki salmon but it looks horrible so I'll spare you.

Lots of amazing looking food
I made a chicken and chorizo thing that tasted nicer than it looked and turned out okay despite missing several ingredients.
Corrr! Please may I have the recipe?

A slight return to cooking: tuna tataki sushi bowl of deep inauthenticity but nice and felt nourishing; cake tin full of aquafaba chocolate brownies that stuck to the foil a bit. We had some for pudding, with cream.

This thread is truly immense.
I’m glad you’ve got your mojo back, Goat. Your tuna looks perfect.

This thread is too good. What are the aquafaba brownies, Goat. It is literally just instead of egg?
Mr Coo made Mexican fried rice, spicy/smoky beans and a quesedilla. It was excellent. Sorry for the terrible photography.
