Disco!
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

I’m very envious. I cannot make bread to save my life. Years ago my brother even bought me a day bread making course which was brilliant but I still just end up with heavy bricks

Sid! Those yorkies!! what was your method, please? I need there to be yorkshires in my not too distant future thanks to you.
Amazing bloomer and eggs, baa. Those yolks
I’ve only really been cooking recipe box things and soup :full: but I can add more sourdough to the bread brigade. I *think* I’m starting to get the feel of it now. Probably my most consistent crumb so far.

You're all making me want to bake bread. Here's veggie haggis, neeps and tatties, and Yorkshire puddings stuffed with haggis and peppercorn sauce.
