Yes, it’s ‘cauliflower schnitzel’ so deep fried coated cauliflower.

My TITH on Thursday went really weird and a couple of sausages ended up floating on top.

My sausages floated up too. I used an actual recipe for the batter and I don't know why I didn't just stick to my yorkshires method. Everyone insisted on roast spuds, which of course I *had* to eat, and now I feel like I've swallowed a brick.
