We (Gannet) does separate Yorkies instead of Toad. It's easier to manage.

Also, your sushi looks great Viggy.

Lunch was emma’s lemon lentil soup with a hummus and sprouts wrap. Dinner was green shepherd’s pie* with the cauli left over from the steaks and some pressure cooked (with apple and spices) leftover red cabbage.

*Lentil filling with a layer of greens before the mash.

Chocolate orange porridge and everything mildly spicy from the freezer. The Aldi cauliflower masala sausages are very nice.

Take away Indian... Wada Pav, cheese ball and a samosa. There's also a samosa chat, paneer masala and tarka daal... and more samosas and cheese balls and some aloo paratha in the kitchen  We'll eat whatever is left over tomorrow

I sort of do! I adapted one.

185g plain flour
110g corn meal
1/2tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
55g sugar
300 ml buttermilk
1 egg
Sml tin sweetcorn
A few chopped jalapeños from a jar

Basically mix the lot and add a splash of milk if needed. Bake for 20 mins or so at 200°.

That made 9 muffins for me.
