Bless her! I’d never thought of frying the pizza first but it’s a good idea, her crust looks great.

My favourite pizza place has been doing cookalongs with pizza in a frying pan, but I’d not paid close attention before now.

It looks really good - scotch eggs aside - I saw Jamie Oliver doing them in a frying pan too.

Cerise, they are McCain Home Chips. Never had them before, it's just what was available. They are pretty good though. Mostly we're all just pleased not to have my homemade ones.

Dinner was served before I got chance to take a picture, but I made dessert.

I did home made Nando’s. I very nearly added spicy rice and an avocado but decided less is more.

We had a bit of an Arabian feast. Hummus, olives, lamb kebabs, flatbreads and mujadara which I've wanted to try for a while. It was delicious and I am glad I didn't make dessert
