I made wild garlic & jersey royals tart with pickled w garlic buds and I added sauerkraut after the photo.

I made a full o’veg paella the other night.

I sampled some seitan ‘chorizo’ last week and bought it for paella or pasta, then saw paella rice in Aldi and it was decided.

Perfect! That was a bastardisation of the ottolenghi multi veg paella that is very good indeed.

I hadn't had sauerkraut before. All those years of missing out on it.

I remember an excellent meal in Krakow that was basically a hollowed out mini loaf filled with sauerkraut & sausage.
