What is a banana pepper? Like a green jalapeno from a jar?

Oh I love a picky tea! What are the round things on the left pip?

We had a charcuteries board in a cafe at portobello market when we were down in london and it was lovely.

Picky tea looks well good. I haven't eaten yet. I've been drinking cocktails to help me garden.

Little sweet corn fritters and falafels. I should’ve warmed them through really.

They are a different pepper but they do come in a jar whole or sliced. Or fresh. They are very yellow hence the name. They are similar to peperoncini.

My jar…not my raw peppers

Brown butter and chicken fat focaccia  I don't often make it, as I have to have chicken fat in. That only happens after I buy chick thighs for a curry, take the skin off, make chicken crackling from the skin and save the fat.

An astonishing amount of fat is involved, and it kind of deep fries in the oven :))

It is filthy and glorious. I have learnt that it does not work for a bacon sandwich, it makes you feel you might die

:)) it looks like a huge slab of focaccia too. Maybe turn some into panzanella? It's definitely panzanella weather.

I used 750g of flour, so it is a beast. That is a good shout! I will do that. The Bf went to his favourite Italian shop recently, so we're awash with meats and cheeses.

Wow, that looks amazing. Homemade focaccia gives me the most tremendous heartburn at the best of times. I bet that would lay you flat.
