I’m watching it, it’s been ok - not as good as season one though.

I think it’s because they don’t seem to have as much purpose as they did last season, if that makes sense, and without spoilering.

That last scene was something else though!

I meant to recommend Stargirl on Amazon Prime for anyone who likes a bit of superhero stuff.

It’s very light and fluffy compared to The Boys, but wasn’t as light and fluffy as I was expecting - it’s a sweet and engaging storyline.

I have. It was pretty interesting and I really felt for those women, those poor terrified children!
I've just realised, I somehow messed up my reply to this and deleted the whole thing rather than part of my quote!

I really don't understand how any parent could agree to it. How could they not see it would be terrifying for a child to get dragged away from their families like that?!

Oooooh! Looks good!

There is an Adam Sandler Halloween movie that looks more silly the spooky, but I might watch the tonight with the kids.

Hubie Halloween! Totally loved it but it is very silly. Fans of Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore will like it.

I also really like the look of Bronx vs Vampires (or something) so that is on my list.

We loved Hubie Halloween! It's hilarious!

Bronx vs Vampires is now on my list too, we watched the trailer for that.

Is anyone watching Emily in Paris? It's TERRIBLE. :)) Lazy, ridiculous stereotypes (not sure if it treats the French or the Americans worse), the main character is awful, canNOT stop watching. :disco:

I'm also totally hooked. It's so bad but also ideal for the current situation. I need fluffy TV.

I can’t stop watching even though it’s awful. I want Sylvie’s wardrobe!

Exactly! It's brilliant to have something trivial to get angry about, instead of the collapse of democracy. :))

Sylvie's utter disdain for Emily is great too, although I suspect she's going to be won round by her plucky, perky Mid West spirit before the end of the series. :lg:

You can see it coming, can't you. My favourite thing is how Emily is sexual cocaine, no man can meet her and not immediately fall in lust with her.

I started this and think I might be able to finish it :)) I keep meaning to ask my friend (who moved to Paris for his fashion job back in Feb) if any of it rings true for him. His life looks Insta-amazing, to be fair.
