I know exactly what you mean, and it’s one of the reasons I never watched game of thrones.

It's horrible, J and I ended up arguing about it because I didn't agree that he should have gone after them. I totally understood why he did but I still thought it wasn't right. He definitely didn't deserve what happened though.

The whole thing with the loss of the baby was awful.

I just watched it. I agree he shouldn’t have gone after them, I also think there seemed enough doubt as to whether he drove into them on purpose, and given some of the cases the CPS refuse to prosecute I was amazed it went to court. He didn’t deserve the outcome.

Yeah, I was surprised that it went to court and that a jury found him guilty. I was sure that they'd take his side, and see his actions as "what anyone else would do."

I was very surprised that he was convicted. The burglars must have had a shit-hot barrister.

That case is awful - I googled after reading this thread.

In other news The Traitors on BBC is worth watching if you're not averse to reality tv. There are 3 episodes on iPlayer, and I assume it continues next week. I'm loving it.

I watched the first two episodes of this, it’s good fun and I love the whole castle/train/landscape aspect.

I started watching season 2 of Industry today, which I’ve been sitting on a while. Instantly as addictive as I found the first season.

You should all watch Three Salons at the Seaside, a short documentary from 1994. Nothing much happens other than women getting their hair done, but it's marvellous, seeing glimpse into their lives. I think Ruby would love it.

Oh I would love this, my mum had a hairdresser's shop in the 80s!

I meant to recommend this the other day, it's lovely! There's a whole series of older BBC docs picked by Simon Jenkins which are worth a look - I think you'd really enjoy this one Rosa.
