MrM and I both had our suspicions too, Marth.

She's adorable isn't she (if she could just flick her hair a little less though, maybe, although she does have beautiful hair). I really hope she finds someone.

I don't even know what to say about Aparna.

Aparna seems to not understand happiness.

I agree about the jewellery guy.

I don't think it's possible to watch it and not think that! Apparently he's not happy about how he was portrayed. At all.

I have free Apple TV and keep forgetting about the Morning Show.

The jewellery guy is so camp but it’s not an uncommon representation of young Indian guys with money in India. :))

I actually think Aparna is edited quite badly and there’s an after show episode that’s worth watching. Have you met Ankita or Akshay’s mum yet?

I’ve started Dead to Me which I’m really enjoying.

I ended up thinking Aparna was quite sweet. She really loosened up a bit and relaxed. Akshay's mum is On It!

Not Netflix, but has anybody else watched I Hate Suzie (Billie Piper)? It’s very good. Quite dark, and don’t watch it with children or your parents.

I've got the first two episodes of that recorded, Ella, after reading a good review of it and her. performance

She’s such a good actor. I’ll be interested to know what you think. I haven’t watched all of them yet though.

I’m conflicted about her. I love her and she’s brilliant, but she also annoys me because of that. I do intend to watch it soon.

I am going to try to watch over the weekend. It's sounds really good in a harrowing upsetting way. :uhh:

I've heard really good things about but I'm still avoiding harrowing stuff.

Teenage Bounty Hunters on Netflix is ridiculous but brilliant fun. I really like it.

I haven’t found anything in it harrowing (yet- and I find everything harrowing :))), and there’s a lot humour in it.

Pip, she does a lot of actorly TEETH in it if that’s part of what you mean.

Rising Phoenix, about the Paralympics, was recommended on the doco thread but it’s a Netflix show so I’m crossing the streams to recommend it here. Bebe Vio is such an inspiration, not just for the way that she’s overcome her disabilities but for the way she displays her skin without even mentioning it.

Rising Phoenix was excellent, the French runner who had been a refugee was amazing.

He really was. He didn’t even mention his ear, like it was nothing. How does a person learn to live with those memories? I was a bit ashamed of my privileged life - it’s no picnic being confined to a wheelchair but compared with what he went through it’s nothing.
