First movie of the year. Knives Out - it was absolutely cracking, a proper who-dunit and the lead actress was superb.

I’ve read the official 12A reasoning, but is there anything truly awful? Sproglette is desperate to see it and I’m inclined to take her. We’ve spent all Christmas watching classic Poirot.

Not hugely, I think there is the odd bit of swearing and only very little, brief gore so depends how you feel about that. The worst bit I imagine will be glares from people like me who'd be annoyed sharing a cinema with small people ;)

There is talk of masturbating, which might be a bit uncomfortable for one of both of you!
Other than that, nothing that I can particularly recall.

She’s been taught well about appropriate behaviour in the cinema. Unlike the 7 or so adults and 2 children being tits in Vue Harrow when we went to watch Cats. She did not approve of *their* behaviour.

The Rise of Skywalker for us today. I’m not that invested in Star Wars but the menfolk are. I liked the little bits humour as ever.
