Flora, that is incredible - pissed at the ENB - was it the matinee or evening (thinking a boozy lunch was maybe involved - for the woman, not Flora and E)

Matinee :)) She was dressed not dissimilar to a stage hand/ techie so I have absolutely no idea what it was all about! Fortunately everyone in the audience thought it was hilarious (once everyone realised she was harmless) and there was a lovely round of applause and general good atmosphere when they started up again.

Ha ha, that is mad!

I went to see The Snow Queen (Scottish Ballet) last night, and it was really lovely. Its made me want to book more theatre stuff but my best friend is doing a masters through work so has very little free time, and J hates the theatre :))

Sally I often go on my own to theatre, so if you think you would like to do more then do it alone. It amazes me how many other people are also there alone (but not lonely)

You're right, Annabella, I've done it a few times so I should do it more. Nobody really bothers.

In fact I (secretly) enjoy it more as I don't need to care if the other person I bought a ticket for likes it or not. I only need to entertain myself (or not).

Just saw Standing At The Sky's Edge at the National. What a fantastic show: just wonderful.

Earlier this month I saw & Juliet, Witness For The Prosecution, Back To The Future and Moulin Rouge

I'm seeing Pride & Prejudice (sort of) and The Commitments next month.
April I'm seeing Blood Brothers and Heathers in June.

Pride & Prejudice (sort of)
This is such a blast I have seen it twice now and really love it - very much a thing with a following

I am toying with getting tickets for music festival I go to most years. Grace Jones is headlining who I've seen before but Emilie Sandie is appearing and also Candi Staton.

I heard Ashley Banjo talking on the radio earlier about a new production of the Wizard of Oz which sounds amazing.

What did you like best? :))

I want to book Frank and Percy (Ian McKellen and Roger Allam) at the local theatre but tickets don't go on sale for non-members until 9 days later than members, so I'm hoping there's still a couple of tickets for us!

You could always join? I get good value from my theatre memberships (that reminds me I must rejoin Bristol Beacon when it reopens)

Moulin Rouge, without a doubt with & Juliet very close behind.

I am a MASSIVE loser of a BTTF fan and I didn't like that at all.

I saw Shirley Valentine last week with Sheridan Smith and it was really good.

I also saw Turandot at ROH which I also enjoyed but realise isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

We had front row seats and there were definitely quite a few fans around us who had seen it many times before.

I'm really looking forward to The Commitments.

I was lucky to be in New York last weekend. I saw SIX which I loved. Also Book of Mormon which I have seen in London - was just as funny. The highlight though was Funny Girl with Lea Michele - outstanding!

Oh Funny Girl!! Lucky indeed, Annabella. I would love to see that. And just anything on Broadway again. I tried to see Six here last week and it was sold out on the one night I could go!
