I read My Sister The Serial Killer yesterday. It’s very short but entertaining.

Did you get a preview of the Lindsey Kelk? It says it's not out yet.

Big shoes to fill. I must have ordered it a few months ago on somebody's recommendation, but I can't remember whose.

During your three years at Catherine House, you will have no contact with those in the outside world.

You will not leave the grounds during your time at the college.

If we believe you have wandered from the path of learning, you may be sent to the tower.

Each of our students has been selected as someone who belongs here at Catherine. You will give to Catherine, and Catherine will give to you. We will not let each other down.

Sorry if you try it and it's utter pants :)).
Have you started this yet? I love the Secret History so this sounds right up my alley.

Yes- see one page back. It’s not very like The Secret History but it’s weird and good. Get the sample first.

Thank - I missed that whole page. I’ll definitely get the sample for that and Rodham although I do have a bit of a Curtis Sittenfeld backlog to get through.

I liked Daisy Jones too and it’s being (already been?) made into a TV show with Reese Witherspoon producing.

Oh really? I will look out for that! I want to watch Little Fires Everywhere but I feel like I should read it first.

I couldn’t get past the first couple of pages, but I must try again because everybody raves about it.

Little Fires is sufficiently different to the book that it might not matter if you haven’t read it.

Rodham is good, but I just can't get on board with the idea of Clinton as a heart throb.

Ive just finished Girl in the Corner by Amanda Prowse. I love her stuff! She's so refreshing and normal.

I also finished We Don't Go Back, about folk horror, which was BRILLIANT.

Yes. The first one was amusing but a lot of the rest are a bit cringe.

Which one did you see?
