I just got the same for my birthday Ella, in cream glitter paint, it's gorgeous! And my bf also got me the frosted glass bowl which I've dribbled over many times :)

And you've reminded me to send off for the pasta maker, so thanks!

(now all I have to do is figure out what else to use it for, we can't exactly live on cakes!)

Ella!

The attachments are really pricey, so that's great.

Yay Ella! My cream one was a bargain from Selfridges too :dotty: I don't have the pasta attachment but I've been very lucky with attachments. I got the food mill/meat grinder for £12.20 in the Conran shop years ago and I was lucky to get the ice cream attachment for free from someone on Georgetown moms!

I was determined not to pay full price so I've wanted one for ages but resisted, but then with the surprise refund and the discount, my way was clear :)). I did quite want the pale yellow one but my kitchen can't really take colour, and cream is still lovely. I am quite excited. I want to make flatbreads and stuff but I hate kneading.

It's rather pretty.

I bought cushions for my NEW SOFA. it was delayed, and then delayed again, so I rang Next up and was all disappointed down the phone, and it's mysteriously undelayed itself. It'll be turning up on weds, but our current sofa is going tomorrow - it'll be garden chairs til then! :))

Just ornaments. They are meant to look like old fashioned glass buoys. They remind me of home, because my parents have some real old buoys that have been hanging in the same place since I was tiny.

I'd been looking at (not actual glass) string lights recently but don't really know where I could put them even though I like them. I'd prefer green glass with brown string, but I just saw these and thought they were sweet.

No, Ella, I didn't and probably don't need them now. Plus, these were preferable mainly because I came across some funds at a specific store so makes sense to buy things we need with the money and not spend extra elsewhere.

Where was your serial number?

I love my Kitchenaid! It arrived yesterday and it really feels good and solid. I'm dying to make a pavlova or some flatbreads or something.

My box got put in the attic straight away so I don't know if it's on there but it's also right underneath the base.

I've only made cake with mine so far which is a shame given how useful they're supposed to be! I guess I could do my next loaf of bread with it instead of using the breadmaker :). There's a downloadable recipe book on their website but it's a bit pants.

I now have the pasta attachment for the Kitchenaid. Given that I already have a pasta maker from Lakeland that I've used, oooh, all of twice, I may not be using it any time soon, but it's nice to have.

Ella - have you sent for yours yet? *nag*
