They have very neat wardrobes, just as well! How bizarre.

I saw this house and wondered where the second bedroom was then realised it's in the middle with no actual windows but a skylight instead. Not sure about that.

I found how the house looked 2.5 years ago before someone extended it, tarted the kitchen up a bit, put a woodburner in, improved the garden and added £160,000 to the price (the market has risen but not by quite that much!). Back then the 2nd bedroom had a window!

A feature skylight, no less!

I think that house has a slightly strange feel to it overall - I can't quite put my finger on it, but it looks like a holiday home rather than a place where people actually live.

Very tiny, but Woking is prime commuter territory, with fast trains into Waterloo, so you pay a premium for that I think.

my god, the price!

My room in halls only had a sky light. And the only way I could look out of it, was by standing on the top of the radiator. I can laugh now, but I genuinely think it contributed to the probable depression I developed at the time. I really hated it.

I do think it's overpriced for the particular area of Woking it's in.

It's really not, but the lack of windows is weird-feeling.

It's horrible, cold looking. I've strongly taken against it.

They would have been better to swap the bathroom and second bedroom around, have an internal bathroom, and punch a window through the side wall for the re-located bedroom. I suspect the fact it's detached and comes with a reasonable garden and a outside studio has bumped the price up a fair bit?

Nice. And with a plug in electrical radiator. Are those a good idea in bathrooms? :look: :notanelectrician:

Also, is that graffiti on the wall to the right of the window?
