The Cerave hydrating cleanser IS good. And good value.

Re: 2019 Empty Bottles
I decant the Emma Hardie one into a mini because I lost count of the amount of times I dropped that huge clunky pot in the shower and either bruised my foot or took a chunk out of my bath. I wrote to them about it actually. You're right about it being a waste of resources too.
I'm using a Caudalie cleanser in the morning but it's not scented. It doesn't have that unscented smell to it though, if you know what I mean.

I realised earlier that the Caudalie one is scented. It's almond and cornflower. I like it for a morning cleanse but I don't think it would be that great at removing make-up.

CeraVe has never been on my radar but I had a squirt of the facial moisturiser and I really liked the texture of it.

I finished a Boots Botanics cleansing balm last night. It was a bit too thick to really emulsify with water so illlook for a thinner one next time I’m buying. For now, I have a little pot of Emma Hardie.

CeraVe is now on my radar too. The one for oilier skin though. Especially since I’m about to ditch a 3/4 full Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil as I think it’s making me break out.

I've finished the Kiehls amino acid shampoo and conditioner and need to get some more. It smells gorgeous and it makes my hair look so shiny and silky.

That shampoo was the first thing I bought from Space NK many moons ago. You used to get a little mail order catalogue and I used to pore over it wanting to choose the best thing. This would have been circa 1994/5

I’m so suggestible. That foundation sounds lovely, Pip.

I’ve finished another Hourglass mascara. I’m on rations this month, so I decided to spend my Boots points on a Chanel one I used to like. Free!
I’ve also finished a Soaper Duper passion fruit shower gel. Strictly speaking I didn’t because it turned out to absolutely fuck with my skin and I had to stop using it. It’s ok as a hand wash, but it was way harsh on the body.

I found that with the Soaper Duper stuff, Ella. I relegated mine to the chaps' bathroom.

Oh, really? My skin is normally fairly non-reactive, so I’m glad it’s not just me .

It made me itchy. I have had similar with other products that avoid parabens and SLS actually.

I finished a Superdrug hydrating serum this week, and bought another (well two, because it was BOGOHP), and also a jar of M&S Formula Absolute Ultimate Sleep cream. I will likely replace that in the future, but going to try other stuff for now.

I've finished the little pot of Sunday Riley Tidal I got earlier this year. I don't really feel like it did anything special so I won't bother buying it again.

Re: 2019 Empty Bottles
I have finally finished a huge 200ml Clinique Moisture Surge I got at the airport. I will probably replace it as it works really well for my skin although it's dull and I'd rather have something that smelled and felt more fancy.

Re: 2019 Empty Bottles
I know what you mean, that is annoying .
I’ve just finished a C Tango eye cream (Drunk Elephant). This was actually very nice, and although it’s expensive I had it for 14 months and used it twice a day at least 5 days a week, so it lasted really well. I would consider buying it again if there was a special offer or something, but right now I have YET ANOTHER Goldfaden MD one (I swear these breed) that I got in my advent calendar last year.
I’ve also finished and replaced a Ciment Thermique.
Also finished: a small Emma Hardie Midas Touch moisturiser. This was an unsolicited freebie when I bought my cleansing balm. It’s nice, but far too highly scented. Would not buy.

I finished a mini Pixi Retinol Tonic last night. It was nice enough but didn’t do much. I’ll stick with the Vitamin C one.
I’ve also finished an AsIAm coconut co-wash, and this is now on a rolling subscription from Amazon.
