See today’s cardio 77% compared to yesterday’s 50%.

That's a plan, although yes, it doesn't tell you much. I just retrospectively set it for today's cardio, just because.

Joy was fine today! Maybe she didn't think I was working hard enough to be a worry. :lg: I could do with more support than my cats and Fitbit are giving me.

My triceps are already complaining.

Oh that's really interesting! I'd love to see that sort of thing. You wore yourself in the strength session yesterday. :))

And you can click on each exercise for more of a breakdown (cardio today).

Yesterday’s strength was when I made the mistake of using 3 kg weights.

My triceps are also complaining. My knees held up. I think because I did most of the high impact on the mat rather than wooden floor.

What are your plans for next week? Wed-Sat I'll be doing a combo of 6W6P; FF KB and Prime yoga lady. Come Feb I will have decided which dvd I'll do for the next month or so.

I will be back to running Tues/Thurs/Sat and will probably do yoga inferno for 3 days. Monday will clearly be a rest day :) (maybe a gentle walk).

I'm only doing my yoga lady so I can start inferno at some point.

I'm saving Hard Body and the ab one for the spring. Something to look forward to.

I'll be doing 3 days running, three days Ripped, and hopefully a bit of stretchy yoga when I have time.

I forgot that I did that random run last year and enjoyed it. I'm might try another at some point.

Oh well done. That's early! I still feel half asleep, I'm really tired today, the thought of it is not appealing.

Well done! I am mid conference call (it’s been productive so far, I’ve written and distributed last night’s PSA meeting notes :)) ) and will do strength after that. My triceps are not so sore today.

It wasn't appealing to me either but the thought of it was worse than the reality. Tomorrow and Friday will kill me though as I'll be leaping out of bed extra early to do before work.

You fool :)

Strength done here. I’m definitely wussing out with a couple of learner things but there are still a couple of moves I really struggle with, the surfer thing is really awkward. I’ve also ditched the breaststroke in favour of supermans (supermen?) just for reasons of space. 297 calories burnt, that’s the most so far for strength and the same as yesterday’s cardio.

Strength also done here. Today I was tired and peak soreness so it was a bit brutal but I did ok, still on learner levels for a few things and the last circuit breaks me (I cannot do that first plank move where you move your knee up to your elbow). I of course have no idea about calorie burn but I was sweating like it was cardio so think it was probably the most intensive so far for me too.

That's funny as my strength today burnt 234 which is the same as yesterday's cardio!
