H asks for help with his “jig puzzles puhleeeez”. I die a little from the cuteness every time. Also he never says he misses you, he tells you “i glad to SEEEE you” instead.

I LOVE all the mispronunciations. So sweet.
W brought me down 50p at bed time to 'say thanks for all my presents' . We came to a compromise that he'd donate it to charity instead.

Tupac has started saying “Croco-dinosaur” and it is so cute, I don’t want to correct him

SO MUCH CUTE!
I never correct the cute-but-wrong things my children say as they outgrow it too quickly . I decant cereal into dispensers so we don’t have cereal boxes around. Recently my daughter discovered that “brown flakes” are actually bran flakes and was furious with me for never having corrected her .

Poor C. Elvis still calls them brown flakes and won’t be corrected. It’s the way her dad says it.

These are so cute.
My three were sat in the car yesterday, asking Ray what do cows say, what do dogs say, etc. G asked "What does mummy say?" Apparently the answer is "I'm tired."

Re: Juvenile Jibber Jabber
Oh dear
Along the line of the brown flakes, S has been playing Minecraft and we turned on the voice that tells you what the buttons say to help him read, the most common being the button to ‘go to bed’ and ‘leave bed’ so the electronic voice says ‘got to bed button’ but button sounds like ‘baaaattun’ and apparently he’s been hearing ‘go to bed, baaattun’ and thought that was his character’s name.
We tried to gently explain it but he seems not to want to believe us.
Also, L was just talking about being in university and it turns out rather than being an ambitious four year old he meant where all the planets are

Half-ten?! Half-ten?! I've never been up at half-ten! What happens?

J is sick so we are having a movie day. He chose one of the terrible Transformers ones with Marky Mark in it.
He’s just said “Mum, horse golf looks really hard” and it turns out there’s a scene where they’re playing polo :mog:

Horse golf! Brilliant!
My sister sent a video of my niece putting makeup on her dad earlier, and she was getting frustrated with his failure to comply with instructions for lip gloss application. She kept telling him to do‘bored lips like in a line’ (rather than pucker them). She also put eye varnish on her eyelids

Horse golf is still cracking me up, hours later.
S still mispronounces “hospital” as “hostipal” and it’s too cute for me to correct.

I love it when they make up words/phrases when they can't remember the original. Berty asked yesterday if we could have a "food bargain" for lunch and it took us a while to work out she meant a Meal Deal from Boots, and my nephew recently couldn't remember the name for the sticky roller for getting pet hair off clothes and asked me for the "hairy rolling pin"
