Yes, I saw it with my DC bestie just before I left and loved it. It was this time of year too, just what you need!

I saw Birds of Prey tonight and loved it. It’s not perfect and ewan mcgregor and his character are a bit overdone but it’s a blast and so refreshing not to have a romance sub plot.

Froozy, I watched Birds of Prey last night as well and thought exactly the same. I didn't have much hope since it's DC film but was quite impressed.

Ewen Mcgregor definitely didn't bring anything to the film, but I really enjoyed it none the less.

Anyone seen Parasite yet? I'm going on Saturday and am looking forward to it.

Yes I saw it last week and thought it was a great watch. I thought it was well made and I was really drawn in.
I have a slight obsession with South Korea (it's on my list to visit), so it was great to see how well it's done

Oooh, good to know! We saw the trailer when we saw The Lighthouse and it looked brilliant. Thank you!

I'm just back from seeing Sonic the Hedgehog, it was much much better than I was expecting and I'd highly recommend it. Definitely a kids film, so I'd say it's a good one for half term. If you do see it there is a credits scene (not right at the end).

I’m just back from seeing Emma. It didn’t break a lot of new ground but was very enjoyable. Anya Taylor-Joy has such an interesting face to watch.

Really, Skips? I've been doing everything I can to avoid it!

I watched Dark Waters tonight. It was really enjoyable but I'm absolutely terrified of everything teflon, now.

I watched a documentary on that subject a while ago and was terrified. Didn't know there was a film.

I only went as J wanted to see it (massive gamer and sonic was a big part of his childhood). It made me laugh and was a really nice story. I know they changed some of the graphics so sonic looked more like the character from the game - at one stage the early pictures made him look like a human hedgehog - and they did a really good job. Jim Carey was also fantastic as Robotnik. I'm shocked myself, I honestly thought it would be pants (most video game movies are)

I’ve heard really good things about it too.

I watched Parasite last night and really enjoyed it but I wouldn’t say it was the film of the decade as others do!

The Invisible Man

I thought it was great. Just the right amount of suspense and twists to keep you glued.

Where did you watch that Kleio? I keep reading headlines that you can stream newer films but I have no idea how. And obviously you are my Google. :))

A friend of my brothers gets them from Canada and pops them on Plex.

He’s put Knives Out and the Hunt on there this weekend too so at least I’ll be kept busy.

The Invisible Man is on Amazon Prime. You have to pay but it's still cheaper than the cinema.

We managed to watch The Invisible Man last weekend. I was actually quite disappointed. I liked the concept but found it tedious.
