Mushroom gnocchi
Sausage, mash and curry sauce (my sausages are cauliflower masala, so not too weird!)
Fajitas
Green shakshuka
Fish(fingers), chips and beans

I’m having to plan and procure our meals at my parents, so printed off a mini planner. I did one for P too, who has filled it in with chicken madras and saag aloo, spaghetti bolognese and “kebab x 2 from work”.

I am planning to the nth degree at the moment but only to Sunday as some sort of mystery delivery arrives on Monday and god only knows what'll be in it.
T lunch: ribollita dinner: scallops with wild garlic spelt risotto, broccoli, cavolo nero
F lunch: ribollita dinner: FINALLY SOME SORT OF DELIVERY PROBABLY PIZZA
S lunch: roast beetroot, wheat berries, salsa verde dinner: cod and chips, peas, tartare sauce
Su lunch: free form lunch with free access to eggs and cheese for all dinner: bloke's pasta (sausage with fennel seeds, chilli, lemon)

I think you can tell that by the weekend there is no veg except three potatoes and a bag of frozen peas.

ETA: just found out the pizza place is now closed. :ruby:

Butter tofu, Dal tadka, roti
Homemade pizza
Lasagne
