Ooh that sounds good! I bought smoked salmon and asparagus but the ‘gus was rotten when it arrived (I mean it actually smelled awful ).
Half-ten?! Half-ten?! I've never been up at half-ten! What happens?

Not a great photo but spicy lamb and potato enchiladas. The chili sauce that goes in the meat and the roja sauce is something else. I do think my US ingredients didn’t lend itself to a nice texture (our corn tortillas basically disintegrated and the result didn’t look like the recipe) but the flavours were totally amazing.

That looks and sounds delicious, Jet. It’s so disappointing to me that J doesn’t like enchiladas.

I have enchiladas on my list for the weekend - it'll be my first time making them.
Yes emma, the Marc Vetri dough - I love it. It was meant to be for tomorrow but I couldn't wait and turns out it is fine to use same day, the flavours are just less developed (obviously!).
Is there a recipe for your pistachio pasta, Ashley? It sounds lovely.

There is - it’s from Jamie O’s Italian book. It’s very simple and fresh. Hopefully you can read this okay.

The cake is good but I’m a bit sick of it now as it’s only me who eats cake in our household, so I think the rest of it will have to go in the bin (I’ve had plenty more than when the picture was taken!). It was stupid of me to make such a big one right now, I really should have done a couple of mini ones.
Hope you enjoy the pasta if you make it. It’s nothing amazing but it is nice, and dead easy.

Thank you! I think I can add lemon juice to milk.Blondiejude wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2020 10:41 am Here we go, it’s from S’s cookery class and made a (very) small individual pizza, so you’d probably want to double it to make say a 10inch freezer sized pizza if that makes sense. Not sure if natural yoghurt would work in place of Greek? It was really nice though.

Leftovers/ garden dinner: spiced chickpeas, herbed yoghurt, courgettes, feta, tomatoes, zhoug, mint. With flatbreads and followed by rhubarb fool from the garden, both unpictured. The fridge is now tidier and the rhubarb is no longer shading out the salad stuff.

The Bf made smoked beef ribs and smoked chicken. I made buttermilk biscuits, squished up peas and fennel.
