Now that I wouldn't have time for.
If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.

I saw something yesterday about strawberries which has put me off eating them.
IWLTS I feel quite cheated. I love your artwork but assumed you paint it. To find out you do it all on your computer is a bit of a disappointment.

Ewww. But maybe it's ok like the bugs that live in our eyebrows etc?
Washing in salt water might make them salty.

IWLTS: Stop taking my ideas and parroting them back to me days later like you’ve just found out how to turn water in wine.

IWLTS Oh my fucking god.
I'm currently sat in on an interview and managed to make it audio only for me as i'm sitting in. My poor DR is video calling the candidate. In response to a question about what motivates him and he enjoys about the job, he's wittered on for ages about all sorts of shit, but included that he's a positive person because he decided not to follow government advice around COVID-19 and has been on holiday to Bournemouth and Whitby.
Now he's telling us about his mum researching homeopathy in relation to COVID-19.
He hasn't answered anything in a work related matter.

I've had to chat my colleague saying he should feel free to shorten the interview...

Well, yes, and either way she’s talented but I just had visions of her sitting out with her easel and paints...
That interviewee must not get the job. Stupid arse. If he doesn’t follow rules when lives are at stake he’s unlikely to follow work rules, no?

Re: IWLTS in 2020...
People have very strange ideas about how to market themselves in interviews
I once ran a workshop about employment skills (across the university, so students from all sorts of sectors came along). One bloke insisted on putting 'giving blood' as one of his interests, and someone else had 'I have an interest in witchcraft' as part of her personal statement. They both removed them during the workshop, but I am 100% certain they would have put them back in as soon as they got a chance.

I know. I mean it's public spirited and all that, but doing it as an interest?
