Hmm, that would look excellent above our piano.

I love that. Hockney does brilliant landscapes. I might have to invest in one of his prints actually.

My desk has arrived! It took us a couple of hours to put it together and it feels really good quality. It's not too tall but I can always get taller and sturdier legs if I need them. The printer/scanner is going back to the office as we've got a smaller one I can use but I just need to see if it's suitable. I might pick up a couple of risers to use instead of books whilst I'm there

That's excellent bramble, I like how you can tuck everything away.

Bramble, would you mind sharing where you ordered your desk from? I might be rejoining the workforce shortly and I’m wondering what to do about my home set up. In the past I’ve worked from home on the dining table, but whilst that’s fine for the odd day here and there I don’t think it’d be that great day in day out. I’m trying to work out if I’d be able to create a separate workstation elsewhere and if so, what extra furniture and/or kit I’d need.

It's from Wayfair.
It wasn't cheap but it has improved my life.
I didn't pay that price! It was £424.99. it's very good quality for flat pack.

Your print is gorgeous, Rosa! I think the painting was in the in the Joy of Nature exhibition at the Van Gogh museum when I was there in Easter 2019 - it’s huge!
Bramble, that looks very smart and neat.

Lovely! I really fancy a visit to the factory shop when they reopen.

I have been trying to buy some curtains from Dunelm for what seems like most of my adult life. For some bizarre reason, they won't deliver them to me, although I could pick them up from my local store (you know, if I had transport and that). The lovely Lily found them locally to her and for a wild moment, we were going to get her to collect them and send them to me and... Now they're not available again.

There’s a big new Dunelm in Chesterfield so if they are available here I could collect and send?

Oh love, thank you. I'm just feeling like it's not meant to be.
