Yeah, we’ll see how it goes! Apparently I told her they were from Spain that one time she had them for dessert nearly two years ago. :lol:

We got one of those ninja foodies and there’s recipe for air fryer doughnuts emma, I wonder if you could make churros in that? I too have a fear of deep fat frying.More the mess in my case!

M: Baked chicken & Rice
T: pork & sage meatballs
W: Chicken Katsu curry & rice
T: Tuna pasta bake
F: Fish & Chips
S: Steak & chips
S: Roast pork

I may swap out the F&C on Friday for something else as I don't fancy chips twice in a row but my brain has given up on meal planning so it can stay for now.

I’m glad you liked it. We have courgette again this week so it’s on the list again!

Other meals are:
Beetroot, potato and cucumber salad
Pizza tarts
Bean and beets poriyal, dal makhani and homemade naan
Braised Swiss chard with chickpeas and coconut
Spaghetti pomodori e olio
Sausages and ratatouille
Pie and mash

We are shopping the freezer!

Lunches will be:
Soup
Gnocchi and sausage bake
Filled tortellini (twice)
Goulash

Dinners will be:
Slow cooked brisket with veggies and Yorkshires
Madras and mushroom rice
Chicken and rice
Squid, ribs, chicken wings
Chilli and chips

I will then look at doing some batch cooking next weekend to fill it back up again!

Leek quiche, Tuscan bean salad, Mexican bean salad
Mango, avocado and kale salad with ginger, sesame and orange dressing
Yellow rice and black beans with broccoli
Omelettes
BNS, edamame and spinach grain bowls
Indian-style spinach and tomatoes
Ginger and miso tofu with noodles
Indian vegetable pancakes

I'm feeling overwhelmed with vegetables so if anyone has any suggestions for recipes that would be great (please help me).
