It's wet and cold here again – it's 'virtual sports day' all week for D but there's no way we're going out for the suggested 1km bike ride today. I might manage a plank later.

I slept really badly for the second night in a row – I keep having these awful dreams where it feels like I'm awake but I can't move. D is having a very long online drum lesson so I've given up trying to concentrate on work for the moment.

Don't stand on the border in case you're spliced. :look:
That is the exact opposite of what spliced means :)). Good advice all the same :look:.
It is. I may have meant sliced. :))

There was more poo. I am not speaking to Tilly now.

Afternoon! This Tuesday is good for very little around here. I’ve been poorly for a couple of days, and now I’ve started to feel better my arsehole MP was just on the radio praising Johnson’s New Deal as the best thing since Roosevelt’s one.

It’s the last philosophy class tonight so I need to read some Heidegger before then.

Poor smelly Tilly.

Poor Tilly.

This Tuesday is incredibly blah. I had two nice nectarines though. Also I've checked all of the weather and it's going to be raining for weeks. When's St Swithin's Day?

How, practically, is Leicester going to be locked down? I don't get it.

Hello. I’ve just made an office chair. It’s not bad! The air lift even works, unlike the one on the chair I bought from Staples about 20 years ago.

I’m now starving hungry so I will raid the fridge for something, probably soup, maybe with a bit of salad.

They’re expecting that the Rat-eyes, Chisits & Foxes will not mix with the Bean-bellies. There’s a magic line.

Pip. Answer carefully now. Do you call a bread roll a “cob”?

Is this like mixing the woollybacks with the plastic scousers and cow'eds? :))

Sunday looks passable for an Improving Walk, Beanio.

Hello! It's been a busy morning with work.

That's all I have. No other news, exciting or otherwise.

I just went for a covid19 test. It was very easy. I hadn’t booked in but they told me to do it on my phone and that I’d get straight in . Took 5 mins to book it . The process was a bit apocalyptic. Men in masks holding phone numbers up and scanning things through car windows , but the test was DIY and it was all very quick.

Not training! :perky: It's a new role they're creating and I came to mind. There'll be a meeting next week to discuss more. :panic:

Wow, Wendy! That sounds great.

Tuesday used to be my nemesis as it was the day I used to travel North. I don’t mind it anymore.

We don’t have any water or electricity as a tank is being replaced in the garage. If only we could leave the house and eat out. :verm:

That's exciting Wendy! I hope it turns out to be something you want/get.

Are you locked down again Olive, or just not keen to go out?

I think my chilli plant from last year that was almost dead is recovering enough to bear fruit soon, and I've washed the bedding and line dried it, so as Tuesdays go this one is OK. I just need to reassemble the bed and then might take a book into the bath and try to get my reading mojo back.

Thanks all. It sounds interesting and not just because it has nothing to do with my current client/team.

How long will that go on for olive?

I got a pull in my top, so I’m still mad with Tuesday.

A lovely doctor tried to replace my mug for me, which was sweeter than all the balloon badges that every bugger else gets. And I managed to escape Leicester at home time, so I’m up in the whole.

C and I had a corona date night - we went to the M&S Food Hall without the kids. 45 whole minutes child free.
